The following assessments are recognized tests/questionnaires that are approved by the Health Professions Council of South Africa and are conducted, administered and interpreted by our resident Industrial Psychologist:

• Personality Application is appropriate for team building, counselling, and promotions to more senior positions.
• Future potential This test is appropriate for selection to positions requiring a fair amount of complexity or to positions that may be fairly new to the respondent.
• Ability tests whereby the respondent’s level of Numeracy, English/Afrikaans literacy, Mathematical ability, Mechanical insight, Verbal reasoning, and/or Spatial perception is measured. These abilities can each be measured separately and are plotted against the appropriate NQF level. The test is most appropriate for selection of employees, learnerships and promotions to junior levels.
